Following our successful shortlisting within the 'Fit-Out Project of the Year – Small Office over €500K' category, we are delighted to announce we won! With 9 companies shortlisted, we were thrilled to be the overall winner of this award.
On Wednesday, November 23rd, at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road, Dublin, the winners of the 2022 Fit Out Awards were announced. Somerville Fit-Out was the winner of the 2022 Fit Out Project of the Year - Small Office over €500K award for their project with Workrise at 35DP.
Launched in 2012, the Fit Out Awards celebrate excellence in the execution of world-class fit-outs, and the people and clients who drive these projects. The awards offer a great opportunity for companies from all over Ireland to come together, collaborate, and showcase their work. We were selected as the main contractor to deliver a complete fit-out service for Workrise at their new offices, located at 35DP.

Somerville Fit-Out Ltd are in receipt of Selective Financial Assistance grant for SFA - Capital July 2018 from Invest NI. This project is part funded by European Regional Development fund under the Investment for Growth and Jobs Programme 2014-2020.
